Somewhere out there, there is a gas oven with N5's name on it.

Professional performance by Hull City. Congrats.

Fair play to Bruce today.
Very good performance.
Very surprised he didn't sub at least one of Dave, Livermore or Dawson; all three key tacklers who were walking a tight rope for too long today. But it all worked out thankfully.
But come on, let's be sensible about this. Today doesn't mask failures over the past couple of years though does it. Like getting us relegated last year, and failing to get anywhere near the best out of the talent (and spending) this season.
2 more good performances needed and maybe he at least partly redeems himself, and then walks away with his head held high and reputation intact. I hope to hell that is the case.

The players turned up on the big occasion, fantastic result and bodes well for a return to Wembley.

The fun returned today and it feels fucking great again to be a City fan.

Derby froze after we scored the first, but before we did i thought we were sloppy, especially at the back
But Bruces faith in last weeks team proved correct, with Diame in a deeper midfield role
Just gotta hope Wendies do the same at Wembley.

2 things to ponder tho, last week he brought on Maguire to shield the back four in a holding midfield role. The game was won, but Harry looked a natural in the role
Today he brings on his son, he looked lost in the role, the game also was won.

Also, anyone know where Phelan is?

Bruce out Bruce out, you're not fit to wear the shirt eh eh eh we love you city we do we love you city we do, Wemberleeeee etc etc. I don't know where that performance came from, jesus two months of crap then that. I don't rate Hernandez but he worked his socks off and held the ball up, wish he'd done that months ago, how has he scored 22 goals, what do I know? Allams please leave so as that I can return, I thought I wasn't bothered any more but watching that, the feeling or whatever it is cannot be removed. Credit to them who have stuck with it, I wish I had been there when the goals hit the net.

Yes, as Driffield posted earlier, he got it right today and could prove me wrong. A great performance and thoroughly deserved. Credit to the manager for getting it right.

I can only echo the "all hail SB". It has taken the full season for the "best man manager in this division" to finally get Elmo to give a fuck, and a full season to figure out that when you have one of the best left footed players in the division, perhaps I should play him on the left and not the right.

Pollyplumpington has it nailed - months of shite and then this.
