SUMMARY: Birmingham City 3-0 Hull City

We've found out that Hull City are certainly not snow tigers. In wintry conditions at Birmingham, the visitors mysteriously couldn't motivate themselves for this vital relegation match - and fully deserved what they actually got from the game, which was precisely nothing.

Snow go for City...

A snow covered St Andrews left the Tigers not fancying this crucial relegation clash and the Blues came out on fire. After early scares, the visitors were masters of their own downfall when giving the ball away cheaply in their own half on 12 minutes that allowed Jota to rifle in from close range. The Tigers laboured in the falling snow and really should've been buried, as Birmingham created a raft of wasted chances. Harry Wilson's drive across goal was the closest the visitors came, who were, lucky to be only trailing 1-0 at the break.

Whatever was said at the interval had little impact, as Adams made it 2-0 for the hosts three minutes after the restart. A defensive ricochet on the hour marker afforded Birmingham a 3-0 lead courtesy of Jota again, to compound the Tigers' largely self-inflicted misery at St Andrews. The only consolation being; nobody else in the relegation zone got any points, but this was a game to forget for a lacklustre Tigers side.
