PREVIEW: Hull City v Preston North End

It's difficult to know what believe these days. Paul Duffen and the Saudi Prince, Hull City Supporters Trust and the Sporty Co Crypto Currency - and an alleged mystery third bidder of potential Chinese origin are all rumoured to be meeting the Allams, tabling offers and going through due diligence. In summary, here at the Towers, we are firmly of the opinion, we'll believe the club is sold when we actuall see it is.

All the politics aside has left City smarting from a woeful run of results between this and the last international break, that has left the club rooted to the bottom of the league. Manager Nigel Adkins needs to halt the slump sharpish, or City could drift further into the relegation mire. Defender Jordy de Wijs is back in training, as is striker Fraizer Campbell, but the game is likely to come too soon for Brazilian playmaker Evandro.

Visitors to East Yorkshire are Roses rivals Preston North End from deepest, darkest Lancashire. Like the Tigers, the visitors are hardly covering themselves in glory, as they too rest in the relegation places. However, a draw and a win in their last two outings has least breathed new life into Alex Neil's side. Billy Boden and Josh Harrop are ruled out with injury, but Ryan Ledson comes back into contention for the visitors.
