PREVIEW: Hull City v Nottingham Forest

Fair play to Nigel Adkins, despite all the pantomime going on behind the scenes regarding a potential (and desperately needed) takeover of the club, the City boss has galvanised his squad to a respectable two victories and a draw from our last three games. And while the Allams continue to do the hokey-cokey over a deal, that's pretty much all you can ask from a manager who has yet again been hung out to dry at this club.

While there is no progress on the injury front for the home side - Stephen Kingsley and Nouha Dicko remaining sidelined with respective hip and hamstring complaints - at lest the three internationals in the squad arrived back safe and injury free. Kamil Grosicki, Jackson Irvine and Markus Henriksen will all be assessed before being considered for selection.

High-flying Nottingham Forest arrive in Hull in a rich vein of form. Just one defeat in their past 11 league encounters ensures a tough test awaits - only leaders Norwich City have managed to overturn Aitor Karanka's men during this run. Danny Fox is ruled out with a foot injury, but Darryl Murphy could return after a virus.
