SUMMARY: Hull City 6-0 Bolton Wanderers

Hull City are red hot right now - and making an absolute mockery of their league position. Never before have the Tigers beaten Bolton home and away in the league in the same season, but that stat was hammered out of the park, with a rampant second half display seeing five goals added to the one already held.

The joy of six!

City dominated possession, but were met with stubborn resistance (for now) from Bolton - until Grosicki broke the deadlock on 29 minutes when ramming the ball into the roof of the net from 8 yards out. The visitors spurned a good chance before the break that ex-Tiger Donaldson really should've done better with - but what followed after the interval, was utter carnage for the Trotters.

A well worked goal saw Evandro sweep in on 62 minutes to remove the stoic approach from Bolton. From the kick off, Grosicki was immediately fed in, ran at the visitors and - curled in a corker to make it 3-0. A sublime fourth was added, with some grandiose one touch football allowing Martin to fire in on 67 minutes - and that five minute spell utterly wrecked Bolton, who simply caved in. Bowen - not for sale at any price apparently - netted a fifth on 76 minutes, before DIcko completed the rout with a header on 83 to make it 6-0.
